We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Front-of-House Supervisor to join our team at GlouGlou and PetitGlou. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about wine, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and eager to grow and progress within the company. As a full-time Front-of-House Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our management team, contributing to the overall success and ambience of the wine bars.

Key Responsibilities
- Show a genuine passion for wine and food and a desire to learn and develop your knowledge.
- Lead shifts and manage colleagues effectively to deliver an overall seamless food and drink service.
- Continuously taste and learn about wines featured on our lists and the producers behind them.
- Engage with guests to share your knowledge and recommendations about our wine selections, promoting sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Assist with table service, including taking orders and serving on.
- Help maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, including kitchen, bar, and seating areas.
- Aid with stock management and organisation of wet and dry products between our bars.
- Keyholder responsibilities for cash handling (including cashing up duties) opening and closing of the bars and acting as team leader when necessary.
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience within hospitality is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in interactions with team members and guests.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
